NORFOLK -- Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is coming to Norfolk.
During the April 3 visit, Secretary Clinton will visit Headquarters, Supreme Allied Command Transformation, the only NATO command in North America and the only permanent NATO headquarters outside of Europe.
After a briefing, Mrs. Clinton will serve as guest speaker at the World Affairs Council NATO Fest 2012 Banquet. The program honors the NATO nations and focuses on different aspects of issues the transatlantic alliance faces.
