There have been some presumptions that Hillary Clinton, the former secretary of state and first lady, would try to make a another presidential bid in 2016.But theres another, even more intriguing idea floating around: Michelle Obama could be her running mate.

All due respect for President Obama and Vice President Biden, but that would truly be a dream team for America, former Clinton spok! eswoman Karen Finney told the Washington Examiner.

Both women are proven effective leaders whove raise children, so dealing with Congress would be a snap! she added.

Democratic strategist Chris Lehane also said that this reflects the growing awareness that it is time for the glass ceiling of the last old boys club to be firmly shattered.

I look forward to the day when a woman can run for the presidency without so much parody and fanfare, ex-Al Gore campaign manager Donna Brazile told the Examiner.

A recent poll from Qunnipiac University found that in a hypothetical presidential race, Clinton would trump any of the current likely Democrat or Republican presidential hopefuls, including Republican New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie.

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton would start a 2016 presidential campaign with enormous advantages, said Peter A. Brown, the assistant director of the Quinnipiac University Polling Institute, when the poll was released last week.

He continued: She obviously is by far the best known and her more than 20 years in the public spotlight allows her to create a very favorable impression on the American people.

Last year, a little-used Facebook page called Hillary & Michelle 2016 was created to apparently support the presidential bid. Hahaha what a joke, reads one of the! comments! .
